These terms govern your use of Medialgo’s website, services, and client hub at medialgo.com/hub. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Medialgo provides marketing services and a private client hub where our clients can view their plan, request add-ons, and see updates. Access to the hub is for our clients and authorized users only.

Accounts & sign-in

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure. We sign you in with one-time codes sent to your email or mobile number. Do not share these codes with anyone.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program: Medialgo Sign-In Codes.
What we send: one-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your identity when you sign in to your Medialgo account. Transactional only, no marketing.
Message frequency: varies; you receive a code only when you request to sign in.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or email hello@medialgo.com / call (727) 666-1824.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving sign-in texts. Note that opting out may prevent you from signing in by phone.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.

Acceptable use

Don’t use our services unlawfully, attempt to access accounts that aren’t yours, or disrupt the service.

Disclaimers & liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medialgo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
