Medialgo (“we,” “us”) is a marketing agency based in Tampa Bay, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website and our client hub at medialgo.com/hub.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: your name, business name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Account information related to the services we provide you and your use of the client hub.
- Basic usage data (e.g. log-in events) needed to operate and secure your account.
How we use your information
- To provide our services and operate your client hub.
- To send one-time sign-in codes by text message (SMS) and email so you can securely access your account.
- To communicate with you about your account and respond to your requests.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number, we use it to text you one-time codes when you sign in to your account (program: Medialgo Sign-In Codes). These are transactional messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. You receive a code only when you request to sign in, so message frequency varies based on your login activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or reply STOP at any time to opt out of sign-in texts.
No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS consent) is sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is never shared with third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business and deliver these messages (for example, our hosting, database, and SMS/email delivery vendors), strictly so they can perform those services for us, and with law enforcement when legally required. We never share your information for third-party marketing.
Data security & retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can reply STOP to opt out of sign-in texts, or contact us to update or delete your information. Note that opting out of sign-in codes may affect your ability to log in by phone.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
